I heard that EBT assigned 8002 to the S54 today, they also reassigned 1045 from the S27 to the S63 and the driver couldn't get 1045's sign to say S63 Smith Haven Mall.

Where did the 1C and the S21 run? I knew about the S74 (Smith Haven Mall to Smith Point Park during the Summer) and briefly the 9A (Greenport to Mattituck...JIMBO was going ot provide more information on that route) but I'm not familiar with the 1C and S21.

EBT also assigned 1006, 1009 and 5056 on the S54 today. 5056 was replaced with 1046 on its return trip to Patchouge for the 2 PM run from Patchouge to Walt Whitman.

Saw 8004 on the S54 this morning and 1003 on the S54 this evening.

I heard from a friend who asked a Suffolk Bus Corp driver if CBS's old buses could be used on the routes they had before the got CBS's and vice versa and the driver said they couldn't because it has something to do with the buses radios.

The driver also said that EBT couldn't run their buses on Inter-County's old routes for the same reason but they seem to be doing just that.

yes CBS runs and buses are out of ronkonkoma yard pond road .....it's a joyous time
