'Cornelis', a biographical film that takes place in 2010 Stockholm about music legend Cornelis Vreeswijk (Sweden's version of Ezio Pinza), has occasional flashbacks via stock footage to a time in the early fifties which was apparently a turning point in the man's career.
In the two 1952 images below (top), we see a post war right hand drive Mack transit the length of which probably being comparable to the American C 45 or C 47 version and one of 200 built in Sweden by Scania-Vabis for service in Stockholm.
While there was no corporate connection between Mack and Scania in the early fifties, the Swedish manufacturer did obtain a licensing agreement to build buses to Mack's design.
Also shown below is the C-50 prototype built by Mack and shipped to Scania as a model.
