#1052, running on the #59, is seen leaving the Brooklyn Bridge, after the BMT elevated trains had been discontinued.
Though PCC's crossed the Brooklyn Bridge for many years in revenue service, the only time PCC's crossed the "Willy B" (terminating at the underground Delancey St. terminal in Manhattan) was when they were running on fan trips.......

Post-1944, #1000 is here passing through the former site of the massive BMT elevated complex at Sands Street; as was noted earlier, once the elevated trains were discontinued, the streetcars were shifted over to the former El tracks on the Brooklyn Bridge......
