I highly recommend you watch the following video on Youtube.

"Let's Go to Town - Solutions to City Traffic Congestion"

It was produced by GMC Truck and Coach Division and it features quite a collection of GM buses as well as GM cars of the 1950s.

Featured throughout the video are buses from Philadelphia, Chicago, LA, Milwaukee, Miami Beach, New York, Detroit.

One bus is on the "Belgian Blocks" pavement at the GM Proving Grounds testing its air suspension. BTW, this bus has white-wall tires!

A beautiful scene shows the air conditioned demo, TDH-5105, #3200 operating for Fifth Avenue Coach.

(the rear roof mounted a/c condenser has one large solid screen rather than the two individual round fans as seen in some photos while still at Fifth Avenue Coach)

The only non-GM bus is an ACF-Brill C-36 in a Boston traffic jam.

The video is in color.
