Some pictures of the damage to CT Transit bus #337, taken today.
This view shows the left rear corner of the engine compartment. The radiator, which should be in this location, was pushed forward, intruding into the passenger compartment.
Rear of the bus interior.
The radiator can be seen protruding from under the rear seat.
The passenger sitting in this seat was thrown forward by the force of the collision. If they had remained in the seat, their legs would most likely have been crushed between the seats.

Damage to front of bus from passenger loading bicycle being thrown into windshield.
It is surprising that injuries from this crash were not more severe. I wish that all those injured have a speedy and full recovery.
