I took these photos during a visit to the Museum of Transportation, St. Louis last June. They're stored at a secure offsite facility but there seems little likelihood that they'll ever see the light of day on display. The Museum lacks funding for either their restoration or covered display space. At the time I thought it would be a good idea for the MTA to take them on permanent loan but now its own historic fleet has been mothballed that possibility seems remote. Perhaps not though with the acquisition of the Yellow Coaches 718 and 731.
