Whether they do now or not I can't say but there was a time back when that the Union Pacific Railroad provided shuttle bus service between ski lodges and the slopes at Sun Valley in Idaho.
Pictured below (top) and what was probably customized in UP's own shops to look a little more like a Union Pacific railroad car than a bus is fleet# 43 - a 1940 White Motor Company model 788 (you can spot the fact that it's a White merely by the odd beading over the destination sign and the very familiar White windshield).
Of note are the unusual round passenger windows and an additional headlight (railroad style) over the destination sign.
Union Pacific along with its 'heir apparent' W. Averell Harriman developed Sun Valley as a mecca for the 'Who's Who' in American industry in 1936 with the first shuttles being Ford V-8's as seen in the lower image.

Nifty photos. Many railroads had bus subsidiaries to take patrons to places trains couldn't go or didn't go any longer.
