There are now 45-minute delays on the Morris & Essex electrified lines out of Hoboken, due tto overhead wire issues at Broad Street, Nawark.

As the old DL&W catebay has now been , dor a changegone fot over 40 years, "againg infrastructure" cannot be blamed........

Just herd on 1010 WINS that the aforementioned lines out of Hoboken are now running with 90-minute delays, "due to signal problems".

Again, with the old DL&W signals long gone, "aging infrastrucrure" cannot be held accountable......

I heard on 1010 WINS that, between the MJT delays and the World Cup, it was stifling CHAOS at Penn Station, last evening.

Several days ago ,Larry Mullins on WINS did a report on an altercation thatb too kplace aboard a Metro-North New HAven train, where one guy climed uptothe roof and got zapped by thecatenary.

It's beyond insane, these days....and it's NOT getting any better; IMHO, addictive social media plays too large a roll in all this senseless activity.........

Was just watcjing news coverage of TWO INSAMNE MORONS who have climbed to the VERY TOP Of the Empire State Building's antenna; they have hoisted some sort of political banner upon the spire......HOW DID THEY BREACH SECURITY??

This insane farce began about 12PM........and we though "subway surfing" was INSANE??

What the %$$##& us going on??

I hear that Empire State security is in DEEP (you know what). as these maniacs breached security several times; personally,I'm not interested in a male and a female cavorting atop the Empire State unless it's King Kong and Fay Wray.<G>

These deranged individuals could have had weapons on their person.....beyond scary for sure.:

"Security" should be held fully accountable;Ihave not been to the "Empire" since 1997; what a different world from what it was, when Mom and I visited during the 1960s....a normal time, a nomal place......
