On this site, there are many free downloads available on a wide range of technical subjects, including hybrids, low floor buses, advanced bus electronics, BRT implementation, alternative fuel buses, B/O workstation design, and more.
These articles are available in PDF format and can be downloaded free of charge.
A word of caution: these definitely are not typical "fan" articles.
They are written by and for the benefit of working transit professionals.
They are full of technical information and analyses, and, in my opinion, are very well written.
That said, if you really want to understand what's hot in contemporary transit technology, you will want to read some of these articles.
