Mentioning El Al brought to mind "boutique airline" GULF AIR; like the troubled AL ITALIA, GULF AIR has been losing money for many years.

Nonetheless, it has a rich history worth reading about; note the photo showing the old livery displayed by one of their 747's....simple, yet quite stylish and distinctive......
