Here we see a GM TDH-4519 (circa 1967) with its GM name plate covered with a fleet number but a "Ford" oval on the side.
Ford Motor Company bought five TDH-4519s from their competition for employee shuttle in their plant as well a for the Ford Rouge Factory tours.
The TDH-419s were serial numbers 1655-1659

Sounds similar to when NBC, within that same period, bought Norelco PC-70 cameras for use on field broadcasts; the network turned up their noses on RCA-built TK-42's (and successor TK-43's), and continued to use their ancient TK-41 class color cameras until the TK-44A was first introduced in 1969 (and beyond).

It sounds like you, as well as me, are interested and have knowledge of broadcast cameras.
The first time I saw a Norelco PC-70 with the NBC logo was during a parade in Miami in the early 1970s. I was stupefied when I saw them.
In understand that the “suits” preferred the RCA TK-41s since the color reproduction was much better than that produced by the PC-70s. But the TK-41s were monster size cameras while the Norelcos were smaller and lighter.

That pic would have been for the memorial for Bobby Kennedy at St. Patrick's Cathedral. A couple years later, the NBC Norelcos had a different layout ("NBC COLOR" in big print on two lines above the "Norelco" belt, a small NBC logo in a box under it. They were still being used up (to the point of the 1976 'N' showing up on such cameras come the Christmas 1976 Rockefeller Center tree lighting ceremony) even after NBC finally replaced the old TK-41 class with TK-44A's and B's.
Any other situations besides that and Ford buying GM buses to transport workers to and from their jobs, that would fit this scenario of "in enemy territory"?

Ford did buy five TDH4519's but the bus in the photo is not one of those. That one was originally delivered to Metropolitan Transit, Inc., operator of several routes between Detroit and Dearborn and other western suburbs.
Metropolitan was acquired by Southeastern Michigan Transportation Authority (SEMTA) in 1974. The two buses behind 2018 are in the SEMTA scheme so this photo would be from 1974 or later. Perhaps Ford needed more buses for the plant tours or at some point contracted operation of the buses to Metropolitan or SEMTA.

Following in the foot steps of Ford, CBS-Tv removed all RCA emblems from their cameras and just left the stylish "Television" script on the sides.

I seem to remember CBS took the "Television" script out too. (One factor in their buying Norelco PC-60 and later PC-70 cameras, besides their improved picture due to Plumbicon tubes, had to do with their not being made by RCA.)
Most NBC Norelco cameras had the 'Norelco' logo plate, but one Norelco in use by NBC had it removed.

Note the "Television" script on the CBS camera.

How about this one....Continental Dixie Lines for some long forgotten reason, in the mid to late 70's, purchased a solitary MCI MC-8. It's fleet number was 12451.
This was when Continental Trailways was still building its Eagle buses in Brownsville, Texas.

Why not purchase Flxible instead of rival GM?
