It is definitely a 4515. Could be either a TDM or a TDH since there was a choice of transmissions. It does not appear on the OMOT delivery lists for either model so they bought it used.

It's not a trolley coach. Standard diesel RTS equipped with trolley poles used to cut ice and sleet on trolley wires during inclement weather. There were several of these at one time. All gone now.
