Even if all that were true, and I can't see enough of the trailing car to verify, there would still have to be three rails, since LARy was 3'-6" gauge, and I only see two.

Had to break out the books to confirm my memory but LARy actually had 35 Birneys. They were primarily used as shuttle cars and a few were used as money cars.
